## Free

- Price: $0, forever. No card.
- Messages: 20 a day (up to 50 a day as you earn them), reset at local midnight.
- Connected apps: 2 (banks included). Memory that never expires.
- Included: web browsing and real actions, 3 one-off reminders a month, 10 images a month, one builder app.
- Not included: background work (recurring check-ins and habit streaks, morning brief, watchers, deep research, phone calls, location nudges). Installing your first folkway unlocks 7 days of background running for free.

## Pro

- Price: $9.99/month, or $99.99/year billed once upfront.
- Regional pricing: $5/month in many countries, applied automatically from your phone number.
- Messages: unlimited (fair use), with a generous monthly usage allowance based on how much thinking folk does.
- Connected apps: unlimited.
- Included: everything in Free plus recurring check-ins and habit streaks, wind-down texts and wake-up calls, morning brief, watchers on your inbox, money, and prices, deep research reports, location-based nudges, and 60 minutes of phone calls a month.

## Max

- Price: $100/month, or $800/year billed once upfront.
- Regional pricing: $25/month in many countries.
- Included: everything in Pro, the best models, five times the monthly usage allowance, 150 minutes of phone calls a month, same-day human support, and new features first.

## Trials, refunds, cancellation

- Monthly plans have no trial; the free tier is the trial.
- Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial (card upfront, nothing charged until it ends, folk texts you before it does).
- Referred first-timers get 7 days of Pro free on monthly.
- Cancel anytime from settings, billing. You keep everything until the end of the paid period, then drop back to Free. Memory and conversations stay.
- Bring your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) and that usage is billed by your provider and does not count against the allowance.
